Washington State Native American Education Board, Superintendent Of Public Instruction.  (Olympia, Washington).

Indian Child Welfare Advisory Committee, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Spokane, Washington.  Volunteer case management consultation on foster care and pre-adoption cases for Indian children due to child abuse and neglect.

National Indian Education Association (Washington, D.C.).  Member and Board Advisor to the development and publication of an annual convention proceedings document on the forum sessions designed to articulate policy recommendations, legislation, and a national research agenda for Indian Education.

Washington State School Directors Association. (Olympia, Washington Summer 1993).  Invited to and did serve on the Inchelium School District Superintendent Search as a member of the WSSDA team.

Catholic Diocese of Spokane, Campaign For Human Development Committee Member.  Volunteer service (1992-96) in assisting the Office of Social Ministries with their discretionary grant program designed to address poverty and social justice issues.

Gonzaga University Task Force On Cultural And Racial Equality, Committee Member. Board of Trustees commissioned this committee to develop a comprehensive plan to enhance campus climate, review employment practices, assess University curriculum, and study existing administrative policies and procedures in an effort to address racism and other forms of discrimination.

Gonzaga University, School of Law, Institute For Action Against Hate, Founding Member on the Board of Advisors for the Institute.

U. S. Department Of Education Program Review Panel. (Washington, D.C. August 13-18, 1995). Served on a Review Panel to evaluate the Office Of Educational Research And Improvement (OERI) Educational Laboratory Program for the 1996-2001 contracting cycle.
