Bio:

I obtained my Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore, India, in 2002. My final project there involved designing a control system for an unmanned autopilot system, along with two colleagues of mine.

Next, I obtained my MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from UNLV in 2005. My thesis involved a dorsal fin control system for an unmanned underwater vehicle.

I then obtained my PhD in Business Administration (Management) from WSU in 2009. My dissertation involved studying moral awareness differences between entrepreneurs and managers. While pursuing my PhD at WSU, I also taught several upper division management courses such as : Leadership Skills for Managers, Business Strategy and Policy, International Management, Personnel & Human Resource Management, and Staffing.

I currently teach Organization Theory, and Leadership & Diversity, in the department of Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University. I have been employed at Gonzaga University since September 2009.

My research interests revolve around: business ethics, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and management history. Currently, I have articles under review at the Journal of Business Ethics, and the Journal of Management Inquiry. I have also had articles published by the IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering, Journal of Management History, Journal of Entrepreneurship, and Journal of Academic Ethics.

I am also a reviewer for the Journal of Management History, as well as the Management History and Organizational Behavior divisions of the Academy of Management Annual Meetings, and the Western Academy of Management Annual Meetings.

I have a lot of hobbies that revolve around pursuing eclectic things - I enjoy watching cinema (especially international and horror), experimenting with and trying new recipes and cooking methods, and writing and reading lots of fiction (fantasy, humor, mystery, horror, graphic novels, comics, etc). I am an avid dog lover, well perhaps cats too now, but more so, dogs! Especially little red Dachshunds!
