Gonzaga University

Principle Investigator. (2012).  A Framework for Emotionally Intelligent Teaching & Learning:    Reinvesting in a Priority of Social Competency Development in Undergraduate Engineering Students, Engineering Education, National Science Foundation.  $488,563 over 3 year period (Pending Acceptance).

Principle Investigator. (2007).  A mixed method examination of calibrated peer review with                                   undergraduate leadership students, Graduate School, Fort Hays State University.  $5500

Principle Investigator. (2007).  Examining Leadership Education: Aligning Leadership Curricula with Kansas Leadership Priorities, Summer Research & Creative Activities Fund Fort Hays State University.  $5000
