state covid data - metadata

Date - date coded as a number in yyyymmdd format
State - state abbreviation
Positive - total cumulative positive tests for that state 
Negative - total cumulative negative tests for that state 
Deaths - total cumulative deaths for that state 
Pop - state's estimated total population size
day_pos_tests - number of new positive tests for that day
day_neg_tests - number of new negative etests for that day	
day_tot_tests - total number of new tests for that day
