•Senior Scholar and Curriculum Coordinator, MA Program in Communication and Leadership Studies. (2007 – present)

• Chair and Founder, MA Program in Communication and Leadership Studies, Gonzaga University. Developed curriculum, market, plan, budget, supervise and evaluate faculty in Communication and Leadership Studies.  I created this degree and started the program with 27 students.  The enrollment in three years has now reached nearly 200 students both domestic and international. (2003 – 2007)

• Faculty Regent to the Board of Regents, Gonzaga University, (2002 – 2005), Member of the Technology Committee.

• President, Faculty Assembly, Gonzaga University, (2001 – 2003)

• Vice-President, Faculty Assembly, Gonzaga University, (2000-2001)
            
• Executive Secretary and Treasurer, Northwest Communication Association, (2000 – 2004).  Plan annual conference and manage budget for organization with 300 plus members.  

• Chair, Communication Arts Department (1993-1999), Gonzaga University.
Administrative and fiscal officer responsible for 14 full-time and 19 part-time faculty members in the areas of Speech Communication, Broadcasting, Journalism, Theater Arts and Public Relations.

• President (1996-97), Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities Departments of Communication, Organized and Hosted Annual Conference, July 1996.

• Director, The Northwest Alliance for Responsible Media (NW-ARM) (1995 – present.)
Eastern Washington Media Literacy Center in collaboration with the University of Washington and the Washington State department of Health. Serve at the Board’s request, and guide community outreach projects including video series, speaker’s bureau, research, consultancies, grant securing and administration.

• Director, Spokane Academy for Family Television. 1990 - 1994
Annual News Conference to announce Pixi Awards for Outstanding Family Television programming in collaboration with the University of Washington.

• Director of Faculty & Staff Development and Diversity, Chaffey College. (1987-1990). Plan, Budget and supervise a program for faculty and staff development for 200 faculty and 400 staff employees.

• Chair, Department of Communication Studies, Chaffey College (1982-1987)
Administrative and fiscal officer responsible for 17 full-time and 24 part-time faculty members in the areas of Communication, Broadcasting, Theater Arts and Photography at Chaffey College.
