Management and Administrative Roles

Expertise in and contributions to executive management are reflected in strong proven abilities in the conceptualization, organization, supervision and implementation of complex and innovative community-based programs. Possess a working knowledge of effective practices in public administration, budget management, program evaluation and systems improvement, managing the change process, public sector rules and regulations, testing and assessment, guidance and counseling and regional registration systems. Extensive experience in providing staff development/teacher in-service training and development of multicultural training programs. Ability to analyze and problem solve administrative, work culture and/or budgetary issues using a participatory management style.
